## What the interactive check does

The check asks seven groups of questions about company context, the target task, current AI usage, ownership, data and systems, team and controls, economics and timing, and contact preferences. It returns:

1. an internal implementation-readiness score from 0 to 100;
2. five category scores: process potential, status and ownership, data and integration, team and control, economics;
3. prioritized next steps and a bounded pilot recommendation;
4. an optional gross-value range derived from disclosed assumptions.

The score is calculated only from the visitor's answers. It is not a market benchmark, certification, probability of success, legal assessment or investment advice. The value range assumes that 20–40 percent of the stated team time might be testably relieved, using 46 working weeks and EUR 55 gross hourly cost. It excludes implementation, integration, model, tool, operating, review and risk costs.

## Editorial and citation policy

- Answer-first summaries state scope and limits near the top of key pages.
- Material factual or legal claims should link to primary or official sources.
- Examples and calculator values are labelled as assumptions rather than market facts.
- No ranking, savings, compliance or project-success guarantee is made.
- Last-reviewed dates and a responsible author are visible on central guides.
- Images are supplied by the publisher and served locally.

## Crawler and interface notes

Public pages are server-rendered and crawlable. OAI-SearchBot and ChatGPT-User are explicitly allowed in robots.txt. The check is an accessible HTML form; there is no public API or guaranteed agent-tool interface. Contact details and consent are required in the last step before result submission.
